Companies within the Just Group have been active in the Florida villa sales and rentals markets for the past 18 years dealing only in up-market locations and with builders of repute. As a result of the advice given, purchasers have seen considerable increases in the values of their properties. As an example of this, purchasers in 2005 saw their property values increasing by 42% by 2006.
To cater for the requirements of clients who wanted an alternative destination to Florida, the principals, with in excess of 30 years experience in the Caribbean, set up Just Caribbean Villas Limited and Caribbean Fantasies, dealing in property sales and rentals in the better known islands of Antigua, Barbados, St Lucia, St Kitts and Grenada, the Bahamas, and the Cayman Islands, but also including the lesser known islands of Anguilla, British Virgin Islands, Dominica, Nevis, St Maarten, St Barths, Saba, Tobago, and Canouan, Union, and Bequia in the Grenadines.
In 2002, Just Italy Limited was created as The Just Group's first venture outside the Americas to offer property sales and rentals of villa, apartments, and hotel accommodation in Rome, Capri, Florence, Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Citta di Castello, Umbertide, Pisa, Sienna, Sorrento, Tuscany, Umbria, Lazio, Marche, and the Amalfi Coast.
As a result of requests from clients wishing to invest in properties in Dubai, Morocco and Turkey, Just Dubai Limited was formed in 2005, followed by Just Morocco Limited and Just Turkish Properties Limited.
After viewing and considering other states in the U.S.A., the Principals of the Group selected Tennessee as the state with the highest potential for capital growth and rental income, and formed Just Tennessee Limited to specialise in luxury properties in the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg areas. The area is exceptionally beautiful with scenic grandeur, virgin forest, and gorgeous mountain views, and only minutes from the Attractions and entertainment offerings at Pigeon Forge with Dollywood Theme Park. As there is a limited amount of buildable land in the area, property prices are forecast to show dramatic increases in value over the coming years, and rental occupancy and income is high as the area is the major destination in the U S A for American family vacations - Tennessee has in excess of 40 million visitors each year. Clients who purchased lodges off plan at the first community of Summit View have enjoyed increases in the appraised values of their properties of in excess of 77%.
The Just Group have now extended their operations into Georgia and Panama in line with the Groups policy to provide their clients with the opportunity to buy the right property at the right time.
