Julius Properties are currently looking for highly motivated people to join us as independent Referral Agents or referral Associates.
Referral Agent
For a joining fee of £5,000 an agent can choose to work as little or as much as he likes in finding quality leads. Any leads brought to us that result in a confirmed sale will receive commission payments ranging from £500 - £3,000 depending on the property sold.
Active and successful agents have the potential to earn high commission payments.
You will have your own exclusive sales area and will have access to the web site with your own email address and all business cards, paper work and promotional material will be provided.
Associate For those unable to afford the one off joining fee for Area Agents of £5,000, there is still an opportunity to join the Julius team as an Associate at a one off fee of £3,000 on a reduced commission rate with an option to upgrade to Agent at a later date subject to availability of an area.

Email Address
Brochures
Leaflets
